Prep-Work
- Staging Process
- Lightly sand all walls to smooth out surfaces
Restoration
- Inspect all surfaces, patch and spackle impurities, water-marks, stains, gaps, cracks, and seams
- Re-stain and patch damaged wood-work, doors, trim, and other surfaces that are agreed upon by customer and Gugel Painting, LLC
- For drywall surfaces that are in rough and damaged condition, an alternative service may be provided if agreed upon by customer and Gugel Painting, LLC, that involves an advanced floating process with spackle to skim-coat surfaces
Installation
- Install new boards of dry wall on ceilings and walls
- Tape and spackle corners, gaps, and seams
Painting
- Prime all prepped areas
- All surfaces that are agreed to have new paint applied will be held to the standard two-coat policy
