Service Overview

Setup

Proposal is finalized and reviewed with the customer, start date confirmed Staging Process – Move/wrap/mask-off furniture, fixtures, windows, doors, sidewalks, steps,  decks, driveways, garden beds, and other exterior items or surfaces that are not to be painted,  as requested by the customer

Prep-Work

  • Light pressure washing to remove dirt, silt, and other residue, hand-washing where needed
  • Environmentally-friendly cleaners may be used for hard to remove spots and stains Scrape loose paint 
  • Lightly sand to smooth out surfaces
  • Apply wood filler to damaged areas (trim, fascia, soffits, other areas of wood-work) If Gugel Painting, LLC is requested to prep and paint an exterior surface or surfaces that is/are  older than ten years of age OR in poor condition, then Gugel Painting, LLC is not held liable for  any damages that could occur during the prepping and painting process of those exterior  surfaces

Painting

Prime all prepped areas. All surfaces that are agreed to have new paint applied will be held to the standard two-coat policy. 

Clean-Up

Trash and construction debris will be removed from the job location daily. On the final date of completion, all job sites are cleaned to the quality of or higher than the current state of the project area that was presented at the start date of the project.

Final

Walkthrough of the completed work with customer to confirm satisfaction with the quality of  the work that has been completed
