Remove all electric plate covers, move/wrap/mask-off furniture, floors, windows, trim, fixtures, and other décor items if applicable and requested by the customer.
Lightly sand all walls to smooth out surfaces. Inspect all surfaces, patch and spackle impurities, water-marks, stains, gaps, cracks, and seams.
Prime all prepped areas. All surfaces that are agreed to have new paint applied will be held to the standard two-coat policy.
Trash and construction debris will be removed from the job location daily. On the final date of completion, all job sites are cleaned to the quality of or higher than the current state of the project area that was presented at the start date of the project.
Walkthrough of the completed work with customer to confirm satisfaction with the quality of the work that has been completed.
